Experian will be migrating STS file transfers
to the cloud beginning February 2025
You have been
identified as a point of contact for STS File transfers,
this notification requires your attention.
What is happening?
As Experian continues to move traffic to our cloud environments, it is
necessary for clients to make changes to continue to transmit files to and from
Experian. This migration will begin in February 2025 and will be
performed on a staggered schedule based on product category as below.
What system(s) are impacted and
when?
STS File Transfers for batch
products will be migrated to Experian Cloud per the migration schedule below:

Note: A
separate communication will be sent to data furnishers by March 2025.
Additionally, files using STS for Decisioning solutions e.g. PCO, PCCM and PCSM
will be migrated when the solution is migrated to the cloud (dates have been
communicated separately).

not included in the above table that are being transmitted via STS, please
reach out to your Experian representative.
What action(s) do you need to
take to get ready?
Below are the steps you will need to take to migrate your connectivity
to the cloud.
1.
STS NETWORK SET UP:
IPs: 100.28.19.145, 3.220.50.26 and 50.17.175.232 Port: 22
Note: You will need to
send files to existing URL until the STS Migration Kick off Date listed in the
above schedule
2.
FILE TRANSMISSION SET UP:
Note: There will be no change to your authentication
credentials for accessing STS. In general, clients will not be required to make
any changes to the file names to the files in scope for this migration.
However, file naming changes may be required for Group 3 (Commercial Products)
When will the changes take effect?
The migration will
be staggered based on the Migration Kick off date outlined in the above EFT
Migration Schedule. Above changes to migrate STS file transmissions to cloud
must be completed by the EFT migration end date indicated in the
above schedule.
